Janky Version:
3 chicken breasts (~2 pounds) boiled and shredded
~6 oz. buffalo wing sauce (I use the Budweiser Wing Sauce from Wal-Mart)
1 bottle of bleu cheese salad dressing
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans pizza dough (I use the Hy-Vee brand dough and just use one can per big calzone)
Shredded cheese of some kind, parmesean or mozzarella (optional)
Mix all of the ingredients (except for the dough) together in a large bowl. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, put tinfoil on a baking sheet and add a little bit of oil and flour (to make sure the calzones don’t burn on the bottom). Roll the dough out, stuff as much of the chicken dip as you want into the dough (and add a layer of cheese if you want), fold over the dough and press down the edges with a fork to close off the edges. Rub a little bit of olive oil and salt on top of the dough to make sure it doesn’t burn on top (and to make the dough taste yummy). Bake for 15-20 minutes, and you’re good to go!
Less Janky version:
Do yourself and your heart a favor and cut the bleu cheese in half. This way you will not be eating half a bottle of bleu cheese with each calzone. Save yourselves and your bodies from the sad fate we met.
